We hired Kyle for the Day of Coordinator for our daughters’ wedding. We have known Kyle for several years and knew he would be the right person for the job. I needed someone that would take what I envisioned, had an eye for detail, and would run with it. He came the morning before the wedding and helped setup the tables, linens, flowers, candles, and helped design the centerpieces. He took control to make sure everything was perfect. Once the setup was complete and the bridal party arrived. He made sure they had everything they needed and were where they needed to be at the appropriate time. This gave me, the mother of the bride, time to get ready, relax and a little time to be with my daughter on her special day. Kyle ran from the ceremony site, to cocktail hour, to the reception making sure everything was as it should be. He coordinated with the caterer, the DJ, and the photographer onsite. He made sure every candle was lit and the tables were perfect when the guests arrived. Kyle stayed to enjoy the festivities and helped with clean-up after the event. From the time he arrived to the time he left he was committed to making my daughters’ wedding day perfect! He was excellent and the person you want to plan and help with your event!! We will definitely hire him again.

My husband and I hired Kyle to be our day-of coordinator for our wedding and he went above and beyond to make sure that our day ran smoothly. He even ran our rehearsal the night before the wedding to make sure the bridal party was prepared for the big day. The day of the wedding, he was on site first thing in the morning and by the time I arrived with my bridesmaids, he assured me that he would take care of everything so that I could truly enjoy the day with my girls. He also stayed after the end of the reception and helped with breakdown and clean up. He was the main reason I didn’t have to stress on my wedding day.
